Personal Injury Litigation Attorney needed in Knoxville, TN to handle motor vehicle liability cases, including trial prep, depositions leading to trial, complex settlements, and in-court jury and bench trials for plaintiff clients in Tennessee. The role includes collaboration with a dedicated team (paralegal and legal assistant) and access to world-class case docket management resources, with compensation comprising a base salary plus guaranteed commission and uncapped bonuses, plus a full benefits package including medical/dental insurance and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Tennessee State Bar in good standing
- Ideally 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience (preferably motor vehicle / automobile liability)
- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
