Job Summary
Manage a caseload of approximately 100 active personal injury litigation cases, overseeing each from filing through discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial. Lead all aspects of litigation including case strategy and trial preparation while negotiating with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers. Oversee case settlements and disbursement of funds to clients, lienholders, and other parties. Work closely with senior attorneys to develop winning litigation strategies. Requires 1-3 years of experience as a personal injury plaintiff attorney and a Texas bar license. Base salary starts at $150,000 with performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a personal injury plaintiff attorney
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, mediations, and trial work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage your caseload efficiently
