Draft facta, opinion letters, settlement conference memoranda, pleadings, and applications. Attend examinations for discovery, case conferences, mediations, IBC and insurance conferences, motions, appeals, pre-trial conferences, trials, and hearings at the LAT. Manage liability, financial, and medical investigations for personal injury cases. Work under pressure to meet deadlines while collaborating with a team. Required Qualifications
- minimum of 3+ years' post-call experience
