Draft diverse legal documents including facta, opinion letters, settlement conference memoranda, pleadings, and applications. Lead and participate in legal proceedings such as examinations for discovery, case conferences, mediations, motions, appeals, trials, and hearings at the Law Society of Upper Canada. Manage all facets of case management, conducting liability, financial, and medical investigations while providing client guidance throughout the claims process.
