Answer all intake calls and complete client questions while providing high-level customer service. Send emails to supervisors and colleagues for follow-up on every call, including attorneys for catastrophic cases or when opinions are needed. Verify insurance coverage and track property damage status updates with clients. Maintain exceptional written and oral skills with strong computer proficiency, attention to detail, and bilingual English-Spanish capability. Manage time effectively with a high sense of urgency to support clients recovering damages for injuries across Florida.
