Job Summary
Handle and screen client intakes for all practice areas; serve as the client's primary point of contact for the first 60 days of engagement including helping the client get to necessary medical care; coordinate repair of the client’s vehicle and document property damage; coordinate recorded statements of witnesses and site inspections with expert witnesses; communicate with law enforcement and insurance companies; retrieve police reports and investigative materials; open files in the case management system; work closely with the Paralegal, Attorney, Medical Providers, and Referral Sources to obtain complete files; maintain information for former and current clients; requires strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an intake, customer service or sales role
- Strong social skills and a team-oriented approach
- Strong professional writing skills - above average correspondence skills
- Superior telephone skills and ability to convey empathy
- Attention to detail and organized work product
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PDF handling, and Docusign
- Knowledge of case management software a plus
- Bilingual ability a plus but not required
