Job Summary
Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for attorney, legal, and operational positions, conducting intake meetings, developing sourcing strategies, and screening candidates against minimum qualifications. Coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and support onboarding handoffs while building and maintaining talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, provide market insights, and facilitate timely interview feedback and decisions. Maintain accurate candidate records in SmartRecruiters, track metrics including time-to-fill and source effectiveness, and ensure compliance with hiring procedures. This 100% onsite role in Miami Lakes requires 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience and proficiency in an Applicant Tracking System.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR
- Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles
- Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong understanding of analytics and ability to translate data into action
- Ability to influence without authority
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing sourcing plans
- Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to write client-oriented communications (emails, job descriptions)
- Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline
- Bachelor's degree
- 100% onsite position based in Miami Lakes office
