Job Summary
Conduct discovery review for human trafficking cases by receiving documents, cross-referencing them with other defendants, and drafting deficiency letters. Create master corporate files to ensure consistent information transfer across individual case files. Manage pre-litigation document review while utilizing SmartAdvocate and Nextpoint platforms. Requires an active Ohio bar license, five plus years of discovery experience, and proficiency with Google Drive. This part-time role begins at 30 hours per week with potential to transition to full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Ohio bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of pre-litigation discovery experience
- Must be dependable
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Must have excellent communication skills
