Job Summary
Case Manager to support attorneys in personal injury matters. Responsibilities include daily client interaction via telephone and in person, ordering and communicating about medical records, obtaining documents to support injury and liability positions, interacting with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and balances, managing case files from intake to closing under attorney direction, preparing comprehensive demands and submissions to carriers, and presenting case synopsis when required. Requires highly organized, proactive multitasking, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Remote or hybrid work is not eligible for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of working in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Extensive computer and database expertise (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing speed of at least 35 wpm
