Job Summary
Personal Injury Case Manager needed in Guadalajara, Mexico. Manage client communications, coordinate medical care and documentation, monitor case progress, and assist with settlement packages. You’ll build client trust, coordinate with medical providers and insurers, maintain thorough case files, and collaborate with attorneys and staff to move cases toward resolution. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury, Insurance Claims, Medical Coordination, or Case Management.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience communicating professionally with medical providers, insurance companies, and clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously.
