Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized Personal Injury Case Manager to manage personal injury claims, ensure excellent client service, and assist attorneys with legal documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in personal injury case management or a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and claims processes
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual skills (preferred but not required)
- Paralegal certification (preferred but not required)
