Job Summary
Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager to own cases from client retention through settlement or transition to litigation. Responsibilities include serving as primary client contact, coordinating with medical providers, organizing case files, preparing demand packages, negotiating settlements with insurers under attorney guidance, collaborating with settlement and litigation teams, maintaining documentation in Filevine, and generating status reports. Requires strong communication, multitasking, and case-management skills; preferred background in legal studies or business, 2–3 years of PI pre-litigation experience, and paralegal certification. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation case management
- Paralegal certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in case management software (Filevine or similar)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
