Job Summary
Hybrid Associate Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff) responsible for managing a full personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. Responsibilities include case management, litigation through hearings and trials, negotiations to maximize client recovery, investigation and discovery, legal writing and research, regular client communication, and collaboration with paralegals and investigators. Must maintain timely filings and deadlines, and participate in a hybrid work structure with in-person appearances for mandatory proceedings (jury trials, depositions, client meetings) and office days. Requirements include an active Arizona license, Juris Doctor, minimum 1 year plaintiff-side personal injury experience, and strong analytical, research, and interpersonal skills. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $165,000 annually, with exempt status, base salary plus potential bonuses, and a generous relocation package. Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona law license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Valid Arizona driver’s license (maintained throughout employment)

- Professional appearance and strong client-facing demeanor
