Job Summary
Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from intake to resolution, conducting initial client consultations, case evaluations, and strategy planning. Gather, review, and analyze evidence including medical records and police reports while maintaining consistent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients and collaborate with the litigation team on cases progressing to trial. Requires a Juris Doctor, active Missouri Bar license, and three years of personal injury experience. Hybrid role based in St. Louis, MO with a base salary of $100,000 to $150,000 plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in Missouri
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Missouri Bar license
- 3+ years of experience handling personal injury cases
