Job Summary

Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations. Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations while drafting persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Advise clients on legal options, analyze liability and damages to guide case direction, and maintain consistent communication to deliver a high-touch experience. Prepare exhibits and witness strategies in collaboration with paralegals and staff. Requires an active North Carolina Bar license and 8+ years of plaintiff-side experience. Fully remote role with competitive compensation of $150,000–$180,000.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
  • Active North Carolina Bar license
  • Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across departments and functions

Desired Qualifications

  • Dual licensure in North Carolina and Texas
