Job Summary
Personal Injury Litigation Attorney needed in San Diego, CA for a full-time or part-time role with base salary plus performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities include handling law and motion practice, managing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations and settlement negotiations, preparing cases for trial, and trying cases when ready. The candidate should be able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team-focused, growth-oriented firm. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience
