Job Summary
Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to manage personal injury matters from intake through resolution, draft pleadings, conduct discovery, take depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials, communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and medical providers, and assist with case strategy, damages development, and settlement negotiations while collaborating with partners, paralegals, and support staff on active litigation matters.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- 2–3 years of civil litigation experience, plaintiff's personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities
- Trial experience is a plus
