Job Summary
Manage a caseload of various types of personal injury matters in litigation by preparing and drafting legal documents, including filing complaints and responding to motions. Draft meet and confer letters regarding discovery disputes, prepare clients for depositions, and take or defend depositions throughout the course of litigation. Attend court appearances and negotiate settlements for personal injury cases while directing and supporting investigations on assigned matters. You will receive mentorship from senior attorneys and participate in focus groups, trial preparation, and skill programs. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $160,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Personal Injury Law experience
- Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, including pre-litigation case management and discovery
- Juris Doctor degree
- current good standing with CA State bar
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Workers Compensation experience
