Job Summary
Own cases cradle to grave within a structured pod, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and communicating directly with clients regarding case status and strategy. Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances as the pod's dedicated attorney while maintaining organized case files and meeting court deadlines. Work closely with your pod leader and senior attorneys for mentorship and guidance, developing competency on a growing caseload without billable hour requirements. Performance is measured by outcomes rather than hours logged. You will operate in a family-oriented culture with exceptional retention, where community volunteering during business hours is supported on the clock.
Required Qualifications
- newly licensed attorney
- 0-2 years of experience
- active Arizona bar license
- hard worker

- genuine interest in PI work
- prior legal experience (defense or plaintiff side)
- connection to the Phoenix community
