Job Summary
Represent clients in personal injury matters from case evaluation through resolution by evaluating liability, damages, medical records, and insurance coverage. Manage and advance an assigned caseload while drafting pleadings, demands, discovery, and motions. Conduct legal research, negotiate claims and settlements, and prepare cases for litigation, hearings, depositions, mediation, and trial. Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and medical providers to provide responsive, high-quality service. Requires an active Florida Bar license, one year of relevant experience, and on-site availability in Port Charlotte, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing
- 1+ year of personal injury law experience
- Ability to work on-site in Port Charlotte, FL
