Job Summary
Personal Injury Associate Attorney role in Nashville, TN. Focus on pre-litigation work with leadership of a 6-10 person Case Manager team, overseeing settlement negotiations, and driving KPIs. Responsibilities include day-to-day pre-litigation tasks, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, managing liability approvals, overseeing release approvals, and supporting a transition toward trial with a strong emphasis on premises liability within personal injury. Requires a law degree, active TN Bar, and 2+ years in personal injury; demonstrates strong client service, leadership, writing and oral advocacy skills, and a drive to join a trial team.
Required Qualifications
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the TN State Bar Association
- 2+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
