Job Summary
Engage with UFCU Members to identify financial needs and educate them on products/services to improve financial wellbeing; build long-term relationships through effective communication, needs assessments, and resolving member requests; responsibilities include opening accounts and deposits, processing loans and transfers, providing notary and signature guarantees, facilitating access to safe deposit, aiding with online/mobile support, and hosting/participating in community events while maintaining compliance with banking regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- English/Spanish bilingual
- Minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated success selling products within a financial services industry or retail banking environment
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
- Minimum of one (1) year working in a team environment
- Advanced knowledge of current local, state, and federal regulations
