Job Summary
Personal Financial Representative in Avon, CT responsible for onboarding members for Visa, consumer loans, and home equity loans; leveraging digital tools for member engagement with online/mobile platforms; collaborating with financial advisors, merchant services, and mortgage originators to broaden offerings; delivering polite, professional member service; practicing active listening to address needs; educating members on Credit Union products and services to support informed financial decisions; representing the Credit Union at community events and participating in financial literacy initiatives; opportunities for growth through development plans and trainings; requires a minimum of two years in banking/customer service and a High School Diploma/GED; full-time hours including Saturdays.
