Job Summary
Process consumer and real estate loans, open new accounts, and cross-sell financial products to meet monthly and annual sales goals. Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete while adhering to BSA/AML compliance, cash drawer, and security policies. Address difficult member situations and resolve them positively. Serve as a backup to the Personal Financial Assistant or Teller and may act as a notary. Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, policies, and procedures to deliver exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in a financial institution or other related field
- 2 years experience in a financial institution (with 1 of the 2 years as a PFR) or other related field plus proven successful performance in sales and service
- 3 years experience in a financial institution (with 2 of the 3 years as a PFR) or other related field plus proven successful performance in sales and service
- Excellent communication skills
