Job Summary
Open new accounts and process consumer and real estate loans, ensuring documentation is accurate and underwriter stipulations are met. Cross-sell financial products and services to members while meeting monthly and annual sales goals. Address difficult member situations and resolve issues positively, maintaining a thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures, and quality service standards. Serve as a backup to the Personal Financial Assistant or Teller and may maintain a cash drawer or act as a notary. Complete documentation to ensure BSA/AML compliance and adhere to security, robbery, and dual control policies.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in a financial institution or other related field
- 2 years experience in a financial institution (with 1 of the 2 years as a PFR) or other related field plus proven successful performance in sales and service
- 3 years experience in a financial institution (with 2 of the 3 years as a PFR) or other related field plus proven successful performance in sales and service
- Excellent communication skills
