Job Summary
Personal Financial Counselor responsible for providing comprehensive financial counseling and management services to service members and their families at military installations. Duties include delivering one-on-one counseling, conducting briefings and workshops, developing spending plans, producing informational materials, coordinating classes across the military lifecycle, utilizing virtual counseling tools, and communicating with leadership and POCs to ensure program scope. Requires collaboration with installation contacts, adherence to DoD protocols, and potential scheduling of DoD-structured trainings; qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination), 3+ years of counseling experience, U.S. citizenship, English proficiency (and Spanish bilingual ability if required), and AFC/CFP/ChFC certification.
