Job Summary
Provide personal financial counseling services to service members and their families at military installations, including one-on-one counseling, briefings/presentations, and referrals; develop spending plans for extended absences; create and publish informational financial materials; coordinate with military POCs to ensure program scope and needs are met; conduct and publicize Personal Financial Management classes/workshops across the military lifecycle; utilize virtual counseling and secure communications as needed; respond to age-appropriate class requests; participate in regular supervision and quality-improvement activities; perform additional duties as assigned. Must have a bachelor’s degree (or acceptable combination of education and experience), 3+ years of financial counseling experience, be a U.S. citizen, and hold AFC/CFP/ChFC certifications or equivalent, with potential bilingual requirements and OCI/security clearances as applicable.

- 3+ years of financial counseling experience
- U.S. citizen
- fluent English
- bilingual in English and Spanish (if required by contract)
- one of AFC/CFP/ChFC certifications
- ability to obtain favorable adjudicated Tier 2 investigation
- able to pass Disclosures for OCI process
