Job Summary
Provide comprehensive personal financial counseling and management services to service members and their families at designated military installations. Responsibilities include one-on-one counseling, briefings and presentations, development of spending plans, creation of informational materials, coordination with DoD points of contact, and delivery of financial management classes/workshops across the military lifecycle. Requires use of virtual counseling tools when applicable and adherence to DoD/OCI security requirements. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination), 3+ years of financial counseling experience, U.S. citizenship, English fluency (bilingual in English/Spanish as contract may require), and AFC/CFP/ChFC certification with ability to obtain required investigations; position located in Atlantic City, NJ with on-site duties at military installations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of financial counseling experience
- U.S. citizen and fluent English
- If required by contract, bilingual in English and Spanish
- AFC, CFP, or ChFC certification required
- Be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation
- Must pass Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for OCI process
- DL - Driver License (in-state) may be required or preferred
