Job Summary

Provide financial advice and proactive, tailored financial solutions to clients, conducting comprehensive financial needs analyses and presenting recommendations across deposits, loans, investments, and insurance. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication, lead generation, and proactive follow-ups while achieving individual and team sales targets. Stay informed on market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant, accurate guidance and collaborate with other bank departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, financial advisory, or customer-facing role within banking/financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial products including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CEILI) is an added advantage
