Personal Finance Advisor

As a Personal Finance Advisor, you’ll develop and maintain lasting, trust-based relationships with Desjardins members and clients, listening to needs and offering tailored advice on investments, loans, and insurance to meet financial goals. You’ll manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, stay current on industry trends, participate in outreach activities, and represent the caisse in the community. Your role combines expertise in financial services with risk management and prudent practices to balance member goals, business objectives, profitability, and sound governance. You’ll collaborate with partners and experts to design integrated strategies for members and clients, leveraging knowledge of mutual funds, retirement planning, and a broad range of Desjardins products and services. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of relevant experience, a Mutual fund representative certificate, and fluent French, with the ability to navigate current financial, economic, political, and legislative contexts.
