Personal Finance Advisor accountable for developing and maintaining trusted relationships with members and clients, listening to needs, and offering tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include advising on investments, loans, and insurance products, managing and improving business relationships and service quality, staying current on market trends, participating in outreach and representing Desjardins in the community. Requires collaboration with partners and experts to design integrated strategies, strong interpersonal skills, and a client-focused approach. Primarily a customer-sales and service role with a hybrid work arrangement.
