Job Summary
Advise members and clients on the best strategies to identify expected results while managing business relationships and assessing satisfaction to drive improvements. Recommend investments, loans, and insurance products that balance client needs with business objectives and prudent risk management. Design integrated strategies by collaborating with partners and experts, while participating in community outreach activities to represent the caisse. Stay current on financial industry trends, market shifts, and legislative events to ensure sound decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of current financial, economic, political and legislative events
- Notions of compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
- Policies, legislation and standards related to products and services offered by the caisse
- Desjardins business processes
