Job Summary
Provide tailored financial strategies and advisory services to members/clients, including identifying and recommending financing solutions, loans, and insurance products. Build and maintain lasting relationships, assess member/client satisfaction, and ensure service quality. Stay current on financial services industry trends and regulatory requirements; participate in outreach and represent Desjardins in the community. Requires expertise in brokering a range of products, risk-aware decision making, and cross-sector collaboration to meet client goals while balancing profitability and prudent risk.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
