Job Summary
Part-time Personal/Executive Assistant supporting senior staff at Office Pride of OKC. Responsibilities include answering calls, organizing and monitoring social media, recording notes/messages, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, serving as liaison between employer and staff, acting as first point of contact, managing the employer's calendar and correspondence. Requires experience as a personal assistant, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication and customer-service skills, exceptional organization and time-management, and the ability to sit/stand for extended periods. Location varies by location.
Required Qualifications
- A certificate from a secretarial school preferred
- Proven experience working as a personal assistant required
- Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and social skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
- Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
- Able to sit, walk, stand for long hours at a time
