Job Summary
Answer incoming alarm calls from elderly and medically at-risk Subscribers; identify type of help and coordinate timely, appropriate assistance with designated responders per established protocols; maintain professional, compassionate customer interactions and ensure accurate data updates in Mastermind; perform off-phone tasks and troubleshoot alarm/home-communicator issues to keep Subscriber service uninterrupted; meet standards for after-call work, handle time, and case quality; remote-work environment requirements for Minnesota, Missouri, and Mississippi locations; required to complete training within expected timeframes and maintain confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information; shift schedule Tue-Fri, 5:30pm-4am.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Call Center or Customer Service experience
- Fluency in English; Excellent verbal skills
- Basic Computer and Microsoft Windows skills
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Deep compassion and empathy for the elderly and medically at-risk
- Able to handle routine and repetitive tasks at varying pace
- Able to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Satisfactory background check and CORI check
