Job Summary

As a Personal Computer Support Technician (High School Intern) at Leidos, you will install, configure, and test software applications on newly imaged CMS end-user computing devices, leveraging SCCM, and collaborate with the Customer Support (Tier 2) Lead and Endpoint Engineering team to remediate software installation issues. You will diagnose root causes, provide improvements, and work both independently and as part of an integrated team while delivering clear communication to customers about problem resolutions. The role emphasizes hands-on IT support, end-user computing, and the opportunity to learn and apply technical skills in a government-integrated environment. Required Qualifications

  • Current high school student
  • US citizenship required
  • Lived in the United States at least three out of the last five years
  • Competency in ServiceNow ITSM tool
  • Experience in Active Directory account management
  • Experience in utilizing JIRA to provide updates to projects/tasks
  • Must be customer oriented
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
