Job Summary
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calls, then respond to inquiries from various sources including internet requests and phone calls. Handle personal lines accounts for auto, home, and renters' insurance while managing commercial lines for general liability, property, and workers' compensation. Understand customer needs, provide quotes, and follow up to bind coverage and close sales. Prepare proposals and complete policy applications to ensure policies align with customer requirements. Requires FL 220 license, two years of insurance sales experience, and U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- FL 220, License Personal & Commercial Lines Experience
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- 2 years' insurance sales experience
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
