Job Summary
Conduct scheduled visits to clients in the community, providing daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, and laundry. Support clients with their individualised Care Plans while facilitating community-based recreational activities, transportation, and appointment assistance. Interact one-on-one within homes to improve quality of life and maintain meaningful relationships. Requires Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, current Australian Driver's Licence, and a roadworthy vehicle. Part-time role based in Carrara, Coomera, and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
- Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
