Job Summary
Assist participants with non-skilled activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting in the home and Day Center. Support restorative care by ambulating, positioning, transferring, and performing skin care as assigned. Manage independent activities of daily living (IADLs) such as grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Provide meal service and clean-up in the Day Center while performing other duties as required. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of experience with the frail or elderly, active CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license. Schedules are part-time, Monday through Friday, with 4-hour shifts totaling 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications

- A minimum of one year's experience in working with the frail or elderly population
- Active CPR/First Aid Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Means of transportation
