Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Provide companionship and meaningful conversation while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift, communicating clearly with clients, families, and agency staff. This role offers flexible full-time and part-time scheduling with same-day pay options and CNA tuition reimbursement. Candidates need 6+ months caregiving experience or CNA I/II certification, a valid driver's license, and current CPR certification. We welcome new to the field or those seeking a change, with transportation support available for those needing it.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- 6+ months professional caregiving experience or family caregiver experience (supporting a loved one) or active CNA I/II certification
- Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle (in most areas)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Current CPR certification
- Current negative TB test results
