Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Provide meaningful companionship and maintain a clean, safe environment while demonstrating kindness and clear communication with families and staff. Offer reliable one-on-one in-home support for seniors across Carroll County and surrounding Baltimore-area communities. Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling with same-day pay options and CNA tuition reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- 6+ months professional caregiving experience or family caregiver experience (supporting a loved one) or active CNA I/II certification
- Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle (in most areas)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Current CPR certification
- Current negative TB test results
