Job Summary
Deliver exceptional in-home care by executing personalized weekly schedules and managing daily activities including ADLs, mobility assistance, hygiene, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support while documenting client progress and reporting changes in physical or mental condition. Assist with personal care tasks such as feeding, light housekeeping, and incontinence care to maintain order and safety. Maintain a valid driver's license with current registration and insurance to transport clients for medical appointments and outings. Complete at least six months of professional caregiving experience and pass a background check.
