Deliver engaging, fun, and varied activities to ensure residents have their best day, everyday. Provide personal care and emotional support to help residents feel valued, safe, and maintain strong social connections within the home. Learn personal interests of residents and find innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling. Build genuine relationships with older Australians while managing multiple tasks in a collaborative team environment. During the influenza season, provide evidence of a current influenza vaccination.
