Job Summary
Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and assisting with mobility, transfers, and meals. Maintain a clean environment through light housekeeping while offering companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeing. Observe and report changes in clients' health or behavior, collaborating with nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality care. Required Qualifications
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Must have work rights in Australia
- Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
