Job Summary
Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting; assisting with mobility and transfers; supporting clients with meals, feeding, and hydration; helping with dressing and personal appearance; offering companionship and emotional support; performing light housekeeping; observing and reporting changes in health or behavior; engaging clients in social and recreational activities to promote wellbeing; collaborating with nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Must have work rights in Australia
