Job Summary
Provide daily living assistance to residents in aged care settings (AM/PM shifts) and support those with challenging needs. Maintain residents' privacy and dignity, monitor health, assist with treatments, and promote activity and wellbeing. Requires Certificate III or IV in Aged Care; strong communication and teamwork; ability to complete clinical documentation; background checks and seasonal influenza vaccination may be required.
