Job Summary
Provide Personal Care Worker support to tenants in a county facility, performing ADL assistance, medication administration delegated by RN, meal service, housekeeping, and transportation, with ongoing communication of changes in tenants’ well-being to nursing leadership. Duties include documentation, infection-control compliant dining, and participation in tenants’ activities; requires occasional weekend/holiday coverage, two shift options (day and PM), and at least 12 hours of continuing education annually. Skills include strong communication, compassionate patient-centered care, ability to work independently and in a team, and solid organizational abilities. Benefits package in Ozaukee County.
