Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility transfers. Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and dusting to maintain a safe environment. Provide companionship, run errands like grocery shopping, and administer medication reminders. Complete all applicable documentation for assigned tasks. Maintain a valid Wisconsin driver's license, auto insurance, and pass background checks. Weekend shift premium and daily pay available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a certified Personal Care Worker
- Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid WI driver's license
- Must provide proof of auto insurance
- Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence
