Job Summary
Personal Care Worker providing high-quality, safe, and timely personal care to residents in Bolton Clarke’s aged care settings. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, safe mobility and transfers, and completing documentation, all while supporting residents’ independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Requires a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent); experience in aged care is highly regarded. Must have valid working rights in Australia and be willing to obtain National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check. Focus on consumer-centred care and teamwork within a caring, diverse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
- Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
