Job Summary
Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, while supporting safe mobility and maintaining personal items. Provide light housekeeping, escort residents for meal service, and help with medication self-administration. Monitor well-being, complete safety checks, and respond appropriately in emergency situations. Participate in activities and accompany residents for transportation as needed. Work the PM shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) with every other weekend and holiday coverage, earning $21.50–$23.00 plus a $4.00 shift differential. Complete required training and maintain a respectful, patient attitude to promote independence and dignity for those with age-related or disability-related limitations.
